Q&A’s about “Off the Rack”

Q: Can I call and place an item on hold that I am interested in?

A: Unfortunately I will ONLY hold an item after you pay for it. Once you have paid for your items I will hold them at the showroom until you are ready to pick them up.

Q: If I am shopping “Off the Rack” can I just walk in, instead of scheduling an appointment?

A: Unfortunely, anytime you visit the D&D Showroom an appointment is REQUIRED. Often times I am cutting and sewing multiple garments or consulting with “custom order” clients so in order to assure that ALL of my clients get the most from their visit I do not accept walk-ins.

Q: I saw an item I wanted on the website under “off the rack” now it is gone, what happened?

A: That item has been purchased. Once an item has been purchased it will be removed from the website since most items are one of a kind there is only (1) of what you see. So I always encourage you to buy right away.

Q: What if I purchased an item online “Off the rack” and when I get there it is too big?

A: No worries, once your garment has been purchased I will happily alter it to fit you perfectly. If possible I will alter the garment on the spot, in some cases you may have to come back and pick it up if alterations are required.

Q: If I order “Off The Rack” do I have to come to the showroom to pick up my order?

A: That is entirely up to you. I will happily ship your items to you (at your expense) or we can schedule a pick-up date and time.

Q: Do you personally deliver any items?

A: No. All items must be shipped or picked up at the D&D showroom.
